Welcome to MindChangeNow. These terms govern your use of our personal transformation courses, digital programs, and merchandise provided through our website MindChangeNow.click.

2. Our Offerings

2.1 Personal Transformation Courses

MindChangeNow offers interactive courses delivered online and in person. Course access begins on the scheduled start date and includes guided sessions, worksheets, and ongoing support.

2.2 Information Products

Digital materials include e-books, audio content, and video modules. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2.3 Merchandise

Physical items such as apparel and printed guides are available for purchase.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Personal Transformation Courses

To request a refund for course fees, please submit your request at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to another session at no extra charge if notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the start date. Once a course has begun, fees are non-refundable due to preparatory commitments.

3.2 Information Products

Digital programs are non-refundable once access has been granted, as electronic delivery is immediate. If you experience technical difficulties accessing content, contact us for support via our contact form. In exceptional cases of technical failure, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

3.3 Merchandise

Physical merchandise may be shipped back unopened within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping back costs. Once we receive the item in its original condition, a refund will be processed within 14 days. Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.

4. Changes to Terms

MindChangeNow may update these terms periodically. The date of the latest revision is indicated above.
